Our Institute is located 2 hours by car from Frankfurt am Main, Germay, close to the border with Luxembourg and France. The best airports for getting here are Luxembourg Airport (LUX), Frankfurt/Main (FRA), Frankfurt Hahn (HHN), and Saarbrücken Airport (SCN).
Getting here by car
Coming from highway A8: take exit 24 in the direction of Oberstadt/Furpach and, after 350 meters, leave the roundabout at the second exit in the direction of Kirkel on Zweibrücker Straße. After 300 meters, leave the roundabout at the first exit and, after 200 meters, turn left onto Steinwaldstraße. Then take the first right and follow the main road for 700 meters. At the traffic light, turn right onto Brunnenstraße. After 100 meters, the Diakonie Klinikum is on the right side.

Getting here by train
Deutsche Bahn is the official provider of rail travel. For travelers who come by train, go to the central station Neunkirchen/Saar. From there, you can take bus line 302 in the direction of Neunkirchen-Storchenplatz to the Obermarkt. From there, it is roughly a 5 minute walk to the hospital or you can take a taxi directly from the train station.
