LRS Monolateral distractor

The LRS Monolateral distractor also known as Lon (lengthening over nail) is used to lengthen both femur (upper leg) and tibia (lower leg). LON is a more comfortable alternative to traditional ring fixators. LON consists of both internal and external components. An internal nail is inserted into the bone canal of the femur or tibia and fixated with an external monolateral fixator.
