The Betz institute is a part of the Caritas hospital in Lebach, Germany which offers the benefit of having state-of-the-art equipment for specialization in general surgery, trauma surgery, plastic and hand surgery, oncology, general medicine, radiology, anesthesiology and emergency care.

The Betz institute has a capacity of 30 beds, 3 operating theaters, and a complete team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, radiologists, physical therapists, and nurses selected by Prof. Dr. Betz, dedicated entirely to cosmetic limb lengthening and reconstructive orthopedic surgery.
